My husband brought in his truck that had this huge bolt sticking out of the tire. The crew at McCoy were able to fix it - and did so very quickly. Brad: I just wanted to thank you and the staff at McCoy tire for your recent courteous and professional service. As you will recall, I did a good deal of research on the new Michelin Premier A/S tires that were replacing the Continentals on my BMW 525i. I asked that you inspect/adjust my alignment to reduce what I felt was possibly excessive negative camber on the rear tires and which could result in undue wear. Your shop is the most organized, cleanest and neatest of any tire or repair shop that I've ever been in and your staff seems anxious to please. To top all of this, your very competitive pricing was just icing on the cake. I will certainly patronize your services in the future and will happily recommend McCoy Tire to my friends.
I have been a loyal costumer for the passed 30 years, my Dad, and father-in-law longer than that. I bought 4 tires for my Gmc Truck on Saturday the 4th of August as always great service. Monday after work I was cleaning off my rims when I noticed some scratches on 3 of my rims. I drove to the shop to let Brad see the rims when I told him he demanded it did not happen there. After showing and talking to him he than, Pointed his finger at me and in a angry tone tried to talked down to me as if I was lying with another costumer standing right behind me. What he had to say after that did not matter to me. 30 years as a costumer is over and I will show anybody my rims and tell them what happened. What ever you do go anywhere but here, they will be glad to take your money as long as you do not complain.
First let me say thank you for all the years of your patronage. We truly do value it. I am very sorry we have lost your trust. I have known your family for many years. I am also sorry for the representation of the events. When I inspected the wheels I found a slight half circle swirl on the face of one wheel which I frequently see as a result of brushing along something like a car wash rail. The second wheel has ruff edge wear, we commonly refer to it as "curb rash". The third wheel had a mark and an outline from an old balance weight and a little scratch along the lip consistent with the bar from an old-style tire machine which we no longer use. The wheel industry has gotten very specialized and the tire machines have evolved to the point where it is virtually impossible to make marks on the face of the wheel. These are original wheels on a 2008 vehicle with four different issues on three different wheels. I never demanded anything but did try to assure that we did not damage the wheels. I stated, however, that even though I was confident we didn't damage the wheels I was willing to pay to get them repaired to keep a valued customer happy. By the way, the customer that witnessed it said to me afterwards, "Wow, you handled that very well.
