              8/7/21 - I had damage to my right front caliper & rotor. I took it in to have the brakes, rotors, and right front caliper replaced. I was contacted by Shawn & found that I needed a right front wheel bearing as well; mine had a lot of play in it. I picked up my truck and drove approx 30 miles. The right front wheel broke off while I was in a left hand turn. Inspected my truck and found that the wheel hub extension had broken off completely causing my truck to grind to a halt on the rotor and causing extensive damage to my right fender. I had the vehicle towed back to McCoys 9th St shop just hours after I had picked it up from them. They are replacing the part but claiming that they are not responsible for the fender damage because it is my fault. There is no technician story attached to the work order. They claim it was inspected but obviously not. They put a broken part back on my truck and did not inspect it to make sure it was road worthy.
